Custom Video Studio for Events Content Creation

Pop Up TV & Filming Studio

Wonderland events comissioned Green Screen UK to create a unique TV filming studio for a week long event at a pop up location in Shoreditch London. Working for drinks brand Midori they were creating a uniquely Japanese themed pop up event with a TV show and Japanese crazy games show experience, with a lovely drink at the end.

The Brief

Midori needed a Full HD recording studio that offer live view of the new compisited backdrop on the green screen, they also needed the set to look like a proper TV studio with large cameras and lights. Lastly all recorded footage needed to be available imediately for sharing to the users social media account.

The Solution

We employed a live streaming TV studio setup, large LED panel lights, audio boom mic, Sony Broadcast cameras and a an autocue. For the instant social sharing we used our social share app technology so that guests could access there TV show appearance immediately.

For the full effect we had a full japense crew which included a Japense director (who spoke no English) and a hair and make up assistant.

Events Outcome

We produced a couple of hundred very funny videos through out the week which people enjoyed sharing to their social media. The client was also very happy as everything ran without any technical hitches. Overall it was a succesful event.
