Ocean, the company behind the large LED Billboard at London Westfields West London approached Green Screen UK to operate and produce a photo booth that could instantly send photos instantly over to its large billboard as well as offer guests printed photos and sharing of the finished images to social media.

The Grinch is a family movie and the event was taking place over a weekend so we knew we would expect a lot of families and young people. Therefore we knew that a photographer and pop up studio would work better than an automated photo booth. A photographer can direct people, especially children to pose and look into the camera ensuring we get that great photo in a couple of takes.
Working with Oceans IT team we came up with a tech solution to send the photos over instantly to the billboard with automated software.
Inside the marque we had a large screen TV that could slideshow the taken photos as well as showcase the trailer for the film.
Guests also received printed photos and the ability to send their photos to social media.
The public love free stuff and families love family photo opportunities especially ones with free goodie bags and free prints. We had a large number of people attending the event with queues each day outside the marque.
